Can any one tell me why I have not been credited ? have sent 2 messages to customer support and have had no answers !!! I have logged out and in again, refreshed my browser, and still no credits, so if there is a MOD from deskbabes or totem please be good enough to respond to this topic.

Hi pussypleaser, I'm also having this issue (via Epoch) tonight so you're not alone...I'll be honest, I've bought a lot of tickets and they do very occasionally take a while to show so I wouldn't ***** yet! Although yeah, obviously a bit inconvenient.

Usually logging out (VG & DB), clearing cache etc works, but not this time. I'll shout if mine show though!

Also, the Totem support guys have always been very good at helping me out, but usually takes a few hours at minimum and I've never tried on a Friday night. :-(

It seems that the automatic addition of your credits for the transactions from Epoch did not go through after your purchase, we have added them manually to your account.

I am also among those that did not receive credits after purchase. I bought mine on Sunday.

I just bought credits and like everyone else, after refreshing and rebooting, and relogging in - no credits in DB

I still have not received my credits from this site and it's been over 3 days and I have had no reply back... I would like some help with this...
