I had a virus on my computer and have lost all girls..

When trying to re-install i was asked to enter my username and password for my existing account..

I do not remember my password but I do remember my username.

I have contacted totem and support and have not received a response to any of my messages in nearly a week!

What the heck is going on!

Possibly when you paid, the third party e-mailed your account and password information as confirmation. Did you keep you e-mails?
