I have no problems with signing into the website and I can install vghd just fine however once it's loaded up in the "advanced settings" section just below where it says "connected" I get this odd error message:

Error Username not found u:v2992074An

This message appears everytime I click the refresh button.

Any ideas on whats wrong with it?

Do you have version 1.0.5.02 ? (look to the leftside of this screen....i.e. next to my avatar picture, here)

Yeah just installed it tonight from a fresh install on a new machine.

Ok...while we wait for a tech-person to stop by,.....you may have to log in with your password(?).
Have you checked out "Help", on the top bar, then "7) About My Account"?

P.S. I just spotted NEW machine. If logging in with your name and password does not work, there are some threads dealing with transfering to a new machine. I'll take a look.

Ah so you have to uninstall and backup files...whoops.

That won't be happening, that pc ended up being gutted and now runs in several different machines, except the hard drive since it was on its way out.

So arn't the cards tied into your account? It shows which ones I own on the website and I'm sure that any records would show that my user name hasn't been used in over 2 years.

hello @guitarninja normally then you must have 22 shows, possible you must again download all show, for the error, yes try uninstall and install again and use the option i have already one account, made sur you are connected to internet for this.

i have a also one ancien account i not use, and when i try it i get this problem, i made one little note for you to the Team if you can't download.

Since you know your user name and password, try this.

In thre Advance settings, Right Click on Check for news. then two new choices show up.
Left click on Registration.

Fill in your User name and password again.
