I just downloaded some cards, so do I pick which clips I want to see from a specific model?

I just downloaded the player and I can't play any of the clips.

on the my collection tab in VGHD press activate/deactivate x2 to deselect all cards (the cards should all be faded)

activate VGHD so that were you to select a card a clip would play (icon will be red as opposed to black)

in the VGHD player select the required card, explicitness level and clip - if it still fails to play the problem lies elsewhere so let us know.
