Yes, the program plays them too, you do not have to have them unless you just want them. If you choose to download them, they will play along with the show, not seperate.
What they are is a few sample clips of the show with the model fully clothed.
It is your choice whether you want them or not.

If you are not using or wanting them corin, you might as well save on internet download cost and just uncheck the box in options for automatically downloading trailers. I don't want trailers and this is what I do.

So say I have a HUGE database (+150GB-I'm only missing 16 girls total:-) and I've always downloaded Trailers. Is there a way to safely delete JUST the trailers to save some space?

Not officially... and it's a possibility I have argued for several times in relation to the new beta... :(

BUT... it's possible to go in and manually delete the files related to the trailers... however this is not recommended if you don't know exactly what you do!!!

If you want to do it the quick way:
Use the windows search.
Search for *.demo.
Mark all results from your models folder(you can sort by location to make it easy) and press del-key
Then make a second search for *.vhdtrailers and repeat the procedure.
After that all trailers are gone.
Oh yeah better close VGHD before doing this:-)
