I do mean the full image, the standing image.
This is one example: f1542_fullhd.

Yes, the view of the full image in 'girl view' is nice. I mentioned about that earlier.

Also I am talking about the new card from today, not bought.
I do not want to see the full (standing) image of every card.

The left image may vary in width.
I just tried a skin with the image and the width is only 350p. I have my app set to 1883p in width.
The naked image does not show with the left image.

I have a 1080p by 1920p screen.
I never use full screen.

So the large image exists for more recent cards?
What is the date of the oldest released card with the large image?
Or what is the lowest numbered f card with the large image?
The large image is really that. A larger image of the main pic.

edit:
You mentioned that the girl view can be seen with the filters.
I searched for Era Queen, then changed to girl view.
I rotated the cards using the mouse, make sure each card was in front.
After this, I changed back to card view and emptied the search bar.

This works, so I do not need to view all cards in the store.

I successfully created a 'real' playlist.
I set the filters to what I want to see.
I searched for one model and created a playlist of those cards.
Then, I searched for a bunch of other models, each time adding those cards to the playlist.
(over 100 cards)
I cleared the 'next' from the 'queue'.
Finally, I clicked on the specific playlist and clicked on 'start'.
Excellent!
All of these cards were added to the 'queue'.

Still, it would be easier if I could ctrl-mouse one card, and then ctrl-home, and then right-click one of these cards to add to a playlist, or just to the 'queue'.

I don't really have the time to go through several thousand cards to individually check.

I did a few random checks and the majority of "e" and "f" cards appear to have the large image although there are a few I found that don't.

There doesn't seem to be a pattern to this. e.g. Alya Stark has one card (F0610) which does not have the large image but the rest of her cards do.

I suppose it is possible that some cards were missed when the large image files were created or perhaps some didn't update for some reason.

Best I can tell from random samples is that none of the "a" and "c" cards have the large image.

On further checking it appears that the large image gets downloaded on demand if it it doesn't already exist.

I looked in a couple of data folders around the Alya Stark one and the images weren't there but when I viewed the card details in my cllection the large image file was downloaded into the data folder.

Why the Alya Stark one doesn't updat I have no idea.

re: checking out Alya Stark.
(I own all six of her cards; wish for lots more)

I got the 'large' image for five of her cards.
Indeed 'Country Bumpkin' is the only card of Alya's that has the small image but not the big one.
The large image does not download, does not even show in the app. I see only a small image with lots of blank space around it.
(seems out of place)

This is a report on findings, nothing more.

I know that search in the collection and store both work without the /regex.
I can search using simple search strings, such as (all within my collection):
  • e001 gives seven results
  • f101 gives seven results
  • a161 gives seven results
  • e1011|f1012|a1674 gives three results

with /regex it works like this (all within my collection):
  • /regex e0 gives no results
  • /regex e0|f0 gives results only for f cards, but not e cards
  • /regex |e0|e1 gives 1414 results for all e cards
  • /regex |e0|f0 gives 1362 results for low e and f cards

In short:
without /regex the pipe character (|) is only needed between any two search items
with /regex the pipe character (|) is also needed before the first search item

Am I mistaken? I certainly see it this way, as the search results I found based on many separate searches

Since today, the icons Play and Download don't appear on the cards in My Collection and in the card's details when I hover the mouse over the cards.
The tags don't display in the details tab of the shows.

I work on a M2 Mac Studio with 2 Screens - extended desktop.
Lately I "upgraded" to iStripper 2.0.0.
Now, on whatever screen the girl dances, everything else - any app - including Finder - are paralysed. I tried to look into the settings, iStripper uses the CPU as graphic card, OK, but it seems to monopolize all activity of this fine CPU.
IStripper has become useless for me.

On MAC OS, with iStripper 2.0, you should set GPU as Graphics Render.
GPU has been optimized for the MAC.
CPU has not..

Is 2.0 out of Beta yet? I've just installed iStripper on my new computer via the website and it automatically downloaded 2.0 without offering a choice that I noticed.

Having only used the old app previously, and I'm finding a couple of quirks/problems, and questions:
  • There no longer appears to be an option in settings for "don't download/show previews". The most spaced out I can make previews is every six shows. Is downloading adverts now ***** onto us, with no opt-out?
  • My Queue screen has a button "Enable previews"/"Disable previews" - it's not clear which way around is which (is it that when it says "Enable previews" that's the action pressing it will do, so at this point previews should be disbaled?) but either way around my "Autoplay" section seems to be filled with previews, and trying to remove them just causes new ones to appear automatically. From checking other threads this looks like it might be resolved by downloading at least ten cards. Might be a good idea to mention/clarify this somewhere, plus the Enable/Disable button is still very ambiguous.
  • Is it possible any longer to view the list of Clips making up a show in the new page for Cards?
  • On my previous machine, I was tracking which shows I'd watched by simply deleting the cards afterwards and using their 'deleted' state to track. Is there any way to transfer this information between devices? I also left a review of every card - a way to see whether or not I've reviewed and rated a card without having to scroll the age-ordered list of all reviews would be very helpful.
  • I can't seem to post new threads! "New Topic" in the forum creates a text box for writing a post but the space where it says "Add a Topic Name" is not actually selectable/fillable...but if you then try to post, it ***** that you haven't provided a topic!

Thanks for any help.

If you have demos automatically downloading, then you should be seeing 'disable previews'.
I set mine to off and it says 'enable previews'.
You will need to turn your previews off, then just play a bunch of your cards and the previews will stop playing.

If you click to open the details of one card, you will see the card image. Right-click the card image and you willl see a drop-down menu with 'edit clips'. Left click this to get your clip list.
You can do this in the card details or in the collection.

More:

Playing a bunch of cards is easy.
Simply click right-click one card in the collection (or in details). In the drop-down menu, you can choose 'add to queue' or 'add to ...'. (here you can name a playlist).

Also, you can select a bunch of cards with ctrl-left mouse button. Just select the cards you want. Or you can use ctrl-a to select all cards at once. This will only select those that are not removed from view based on filters and/or search.

Scrolling is harder now. It is not possible to ctrl-home or ctrl-end in the collection.

It is possible to select filters and do a search. The search will be based on the filters.

It works using a two finger touch.
Touch with 1st finger, then touch 2nd finger and ***** to scroll.
same on a scroll bar.
Touch with 1st finger then tap 2nd finger to select.

But yes, Touch input needs to be addressed.

Tried the Beta, not a fan.
Missing the preview tab. Que page looks super meh. Could not find how to load a personal playlist. Not a fan of the whole Dark theme. Still no regular windows copy/past/backspace functions. Nothing felt intuitive. More ***** and buttons on stuff i do not use. Responses were very slow, but ofcourse that could just be because Beta. Frustration prevented me from even trying if filtering had improved.
Reverted to the regular stable Vista look asap & tout suite.

One thing that was perfect about the previous version of iStripper was how the model page made it easy to see all your shows for a given model. There was an icon you could click to see all shows for that model. As far as I can tell, this icon was removed.

On the new 2.0 model page, you have to scroll to almost the bottom to see "other shows you own". Furthermore, you then have to scroll sideways to see all the shows. Mousewheel doesn't work here, which is the big frustration. I will let others provide their own feedback, but for me, the old way was much easier.

I do think this new page is better looking, and there are some nice features here. One great improvement is that you can now more easily see what you have downloaded, what you don't, and what you have purchased vs not. That's great! But I would still like a way to get to a page that shows all of a model's shows, and doesn't require sideways scrolling. Maybe there could be a "show more" button that makes each section larger so that you don't have the scroll sideways. Thanks.

My other piece of feedback is that I used to use the previews tab all the time. My use case was like this:

Use case 1:
  • Click a bunch of new clips I haven't seen yet and add them to previews
  • Watch all of the previews in order
  • Go through and buy or mark favorite all the previews that I love
  • Next time I'm using the app, I like to look at the previews again to see if I want to buy or mark favorite some other ones that I passed on earlier

Use case 2:
  • Go through old clips in the store and download 7 previews of them
  • Do the same as use case 1

Since there is no preview tab anymore, I don't see a way to do this. I don't even see a way to filter the store page to see previews. This is really strange to me, because the new details page of the models makes it easier than ever to see what clips you don't have. I like that part, because it makes it very easy to add new previews. But unfortunately I can't actually watch any of the previews I download! Well, I have to download the 1 preview and then immediately watch it. I can't go through and download a bunch of them and them watch them.

I hope this makes some sense. Also, I miss the setting that allowed me to turn off the preview push. I watched all of the previews anyway in my own time, I don't watch them when iStripper wants me to watch them (I just skip them).

Another way to put this is: sometimes I'm in the mood to buy, and sometimes to watch what I own. But I don't do both at the same time, and there's no good to come from trying to ***** me to look at previews when I'm not in the mood to do so. And it's also frustrating to make it harder to watch previews when I am in the mood to do so.

Answer about turning off previews.
Click on 'queue' which is near the top right corner.
Here, find the preview on the page.
Click 'disable previews' to stop the previews from automatically show.

If you do not want previews to show, make sure you have a bunch of cards in the queue. Add them from the collection, or from individual card pages.

If you select any number of cards in the collection, you can add them all to the queue or to a playlist (must be named).
If you add cards to a playlist, you can click 'playlists' within the collection, and click 'play' to play that (or any) playlist.
This will take precedent over any cards randomly added to the queue by the app.

I never said I wanted to turn off previews. The majority of my post is about how much I use them all the time.

If you're responding to this sentence:
"Also, I miss the setting that allowed me to turn off the preview push"

That's referring to the setting that turns off automatic preview downloads, not the playing of previews. The reason I want to turn off downloading new previews is so that I can continue to look at my current previews (the ones I downloaded myself), without them being overwritten by the newly downloaded ones.

Also a bug to report: Sometimes after I delete a show, iStripper redownloads it again a few seconds or minutes later.

This is referring to shows I own, not previews. It seems to have mind of its own about what it thinks I want downloaded, but my hard drive has run out of space.

Just to be clear, the way that I delete a show is to right click on the card, select Manage -> Delete the show.

And by redownload, I mean the show appears in the Downloads queue and downloads completely. These are shows I recently downloaded, then decided to delete fairly soon afterward.

Edit: This just happened again. Here is what I did:
  • I deleted a show as described above
  • I right clicked the current desktop dancer and opened her details page that way
  • I scrolled down to "other shows you own"
  • I hovered the mouse over show I don't currently have downloaded and clicked the download icon

It started to download that show, and it also added the show I just deleted to the download queue.

This could be related to another bug I've been having in the Beta. When I try to play a show from the "other shows you own" section of the details page, it almost never plays the correct show, but plays something else.

Edit2: There's another weird UI issue that is similar that I'm starting to see. Sometimes when I click "Next Outfit" for the current dancer, it takes me to a different model.

You did ask to turn off the free preview push.

You said this:

Yes, you want free previews. You can still get them without the free preview push.

Turning off the free preview push means you never get previews unless YOU want them.
If you do as I suggested, your previews will stop downloading automatically.
You can still download previews anytime.

You can download any preview you desire by right-clicking on the card (in the collection or on the card page), then choosing preview, then choosing download.

I do not have any previews as I turned them off and kept them off. I do not like previews. So, as far as playing the previews you downloaded manually, I cannot help you.

I made one small mistake.
You only need to turn off the previews once.
After that, it does not matter if you manually add cards to the queue or not. Cards you own will be randomly added to the queue.

You want the app to stop downloading cards automatically, if you delete them.

Go to settings. At the top make sure 'advanced settings' is checked.
Then scroll down to the bottom. Very near the bottom is 'downloads'.
Here, remove the check mark from 'automatically download full nude shows'.

You did ask to turn off the free preview push.
Yes, the old feature was called preview push. I did not deny asking for that, since it was my original request. I don't know why you're arguing with a straw man, but I'm not going to get into an argument with you. Maybe read my posts more carefully. If you keep misrepresenting me, I'm going to ignore your replies to reduce thread *****.

The new feature is called "Enable/Disable Previews", and it's found in the Queue, like you already explained. As far as I can tell, this feature does not stop the downloading of previews, it only stops the playing of them. I say this because I had it turned off already, and there are still a lot of shows marked preview in the store, which I did not mark to download manually. Unless you're certain for a fact that this option also stops preview downloads, and I'm experiencing a bug. If that's the case, it might explain the misunderstanding.

In any case, this is just a ***** piece of feedback on my part, I don't know why it turned into an argument. My main piece of feedback was that I used the dedicated preview tab all the time, and that's what I'm really missing.

Far more important than any of that are the bugs I'm seeing. And I've seen another one since I last posted. Here is a summary of the issues:
  • Clicking on a card to play a show from "Other Shows You Own" sometimes plays a show from a diferent model (it might be playing the next in queue, but it's hard to confirm)
  • Clicking "Next Outfit" on a model sometimes plays a show from a different model (might also be picking the queue)
  • Very rarely, I can't play a show at all. No matter what method I use to try to play it, it plays another model's show. I have to delete it and redownload it to correct UI association with playing the correct show.
  • During a single session of iStripper, when I delete shows and then download different ones using the "Other Shows You Own" section download buttons (the button on the card), it queues up 1 or more of my previously deleted shows to be automatically downloaded again, without my input. I have confirmed that clicking the red download button at the top of the page does not cause this bug to occur.
  • Major performance issues, but I started another thread on that already and it looks like a known issue.

This is not the behavior from the last version. In the past, this option only controlled whether a show you just purchased would be automatically downloaded. It had no bearing on shows that were already purchased. It never caused a deleted show to be redownloaded.

Are you saying they changed the functionality of this feature in 2.0 without renaiming it? Why isn't it downloading other shows? I'm skeptical here, because this change doesn't make any sense for the user. It makes more sense that it's a bug.
