Can I choose only the specific clips that I want to see for a specific model? If so, how?

You can create a playlist and ***** clips to it. If you wish, you can play those clips in the order you set or in a random order. If you don't know how to create a playlist or ***** clips to it, I can provide more details.

You can also turn off (uncheck) the clips that you DON'T want to see. It just depends on how you're wanting to control and see your shows.
