Since a few days I'm a triple diamond member and on my profile page I can see now a red rectangle with the text "Apply coupon".
Could someone tell me about it ?

When you become triple diamond, you win 100 free credits and you have -45% on all the shows. I don't know what is this "Apply coupon" 😕

I either noticed this a few days ago but it doesn't have to do with becoming triple diamond, I think 😕😳

If you don't use your account or buy credits for a while the system can send you an email with a code which will grant you some credits to buy a new show.

I have a second account that I hadn't used for a month or three and got the email described above with the code, which when I applied it, granted me 25 credits for that account.

It worked out well for Totem, since after I expended the effort to change my registry so I could log in with that other account using the app so I could redeem the code, I also bought $100 worth of credits and promptly gambled them away on the weekend games.

I got Eve's s\e card and a bunch of others too so I got plenty for my money but I did exactly what the promo wanted me to do which was to buy more credits on an account that had gone dormant for a little while.

"We miss you! 25 FREE credits in this email"

I was surprised. They miss me? Hey, I'm here almost every day :)
I'm not sure why. I've been buying every show for a while. The last time I bought credits was in mid-February, 3 months ago. Right now, I have so many credits that I can buy every show for the next 15 or 16 months.
It gives me one and half year between purchases. I wonder how many coupons I will get by then 😀

Anyway, I can confirm that the coupon adds 25 credits to your account. It is one free 3K show for bronze members or two free 3K shows for triple diamonds with Premium.
Coupon is valid for one week.

But to get serious, it is a generic Mail Text which i'm getting it from Vodafone almost every week.
But i also think this is nothing new to you.

"We miss you" "Stay connected with us" ... things like that.
Maybe i am connecting me as a Ghost to their DNS Server, who knows 😀

It is good to know from that, so let's see if i am getting such an E-Mail at some point,
this would be nice indeed .

I got the same email... used those credits (along with a few more) to get the new VR show... Thank you Totem.. I am just waiting to replenish my credits when they have the extra credits for buying.. i can wait till it comes up again.... till then, girls go on the wish list...

I doubt it's about credit purchase - I bought my last pack of credits in November last year as I've been rather frugal lately.

I remember getting an e-mail like this a couple of years ago when I haven't logged in for more than a month.

Maybe it's a bug now.

This might be an automatic feature, if you haven't bought credits for a while (my last purchase was back in December). Anyway it was a nice surprise, so thanks @Totem ! 😊
