For Me, one of the nice Features is that you can set the Output for a 3D TV
so the Side by Side image is Corrected for the 3D tv Display.

I've watched them both on a VR headset ( very immersive )
and on my 3D TV. ( almost as Immersive )

And I prefer the 3D TV, as I don't have to wear a bulky Headset.

While you can no Longer buy a New 3D TV
you can still buy brand New Full 3D projectors for sub $1000

There are one or two that are Sub $500
Make Sure the Projector is Full 3D.

All you need is a pair of 3D shutter glasses that get Paired via Bluetooth.

No Special Screen, No IR Transmitter box...
The Projector is all ready to go, It controls the shutter glasses vie the Bluetooth connection.

I don't currently own one, But I have had the Opportunity to watch a 3D movie on one.
But It's on my List... I want One...
