I was shocked, this is the first time a ticket was closed without answering at all.
Somehow the "Wheel of Bargain" did not have a comfirmation box before the purchase.
I mistaken it as the "Spin again".
Now I ***** 50 Credits on 4 useless cards.
Anyone else experiencing the same issue?

Never had I experienced the Customer Service support closed ticket without answering.
