Wyldanimal, when an event promo reads "at least 5 cards available to purchase" the vast majority of customers are going to run with that information. It is false advertising, a lie. I don't care what has always been the case, the promo itself was worded so that one had to wonder if Totem was making recent cards part of the offer. It's why I had to ask for clarification in Celine's Q&A thread.
And again, not everybody is aware of the 45 days policy. I was ***** in the past by that rule. And I will say it again, not everybody reads the forum before buying, and they should not be expected to do so. The promotion itself needs to answer all of these questions instead of putting out false info like "at least 5 cards available to purchase".
That could be taken to be intentionlly deceptive advertising to generate sales by some, and 50 credits is the biggest cost I can remember seeing so far to participate in one of these events.

Are the marketing team activly trying to get rid of users? /s I say this because the amount of bad feeling towards totem for the most part can be traced right back to the marketing stratagies.
Why is there the 45 day limit, it's not like they are getting them for free. Like the gambling with SEC's all it's doing is annoying your best customers. If a customer feels ripped off just once it's bad, It's no wonder customer retention is what it is.

Technically I'm not defending them, but more pointing out the Information and where it can be found.
I do agree that on the Event page and the help,
the 45 day exclusion should be displayed.
I only remember one Event, where it was not, and in that it event, it Stated Cards up to 20 days were included.
So that's why I said, unless otherwise stated, The most recent cards for 45 days are not included.

We get the same basic promotions. At each promotion, we get the same complaints. I don't have the maximum cards, but after enough time, I have noticed what others have written about the cards, the deals, the promotions, etc.
