The Shamrock Tavern was quite the hip place back in the day.
A real BlueGrass trove to hang out at.
It closed in the 70's and was replaced by the Rhino Bar and Pumphouse.
that too closed in 2015 and is now a Club Monaco High end fashion clothing store.

So what I infer from his post is, he is looking to hook up with someone from his area, Georgetown D.C.
that knows about the Shamrock Tavern, so would be about the same age 55-70, is a Bluegrass music fan, and is also a Pontiac lover.
