is where it goes lame for me at the moment. The draft is worth watching however if you
don't mind the cage bars going a tad Escher..LoL. I'll pop it into the fullscreen discussion
thread tomorrow so peeps can have a code play, or to encourage new cage ideas to the @Team.
Hopefully someone might even remedy the darn cage rotation vs model not 100% masking issues ;-)>

Bot a fan of cage clip. But always good with some variations, so why not a few more.

A few days ago, I bought my first card featuring the cage. It's fine in Fullscreen mode, but on the desktop it's often more of a nuisance than a pleasant diversion. Dodging a moving model can be a challenge when you're trying to do other things, but the cage blocks more of the screen (most annoyingly at the bottom) and doesn't move.

If it were to return, my vote would be for some sort of partial cage or maybe just multiple poles as has been suggested. That would obstruct less of the screen in Desktop mode, but could still be turned into a full cage (when you absolutely don't want your models escaping) using custom scenes in Fullscreen mode.

I would delete any cage clips in shows I purchased....and the chances of me buying such shows in the first place are very low.

I absolutely ***** the existing cage . At least they could chroma-key out the current top and bottom of that awful static narrow box if they should ever consider using it again :-/.

I'm a tad concerned because since the fire, Totem maybe was rushed & not thinking forward enough.
Eg: The new studio could have incorporated a mosh-pit in front of & below the camera lens or a raised stage so model prompters from below could get the eyes contact for new models workable. Did they do that ? Who knows !

Not really sure what to say about the swinging bird idea...except I know that a lot of "bird seed" will be thrown at the screen 😆😆😆

Cages are sometimes okay ,mostly I don't play them .. cages are a bit to small for my taste ..
What I miss more are the Swing clips..
The last one I saw seemed a bit to tight/small compared to the Swinging model on it...

If you are referring back to the poll in 2019, the reality is that 73 people said they would like to see the return of the cage.

It is pushing it a bit to extrapolate that to "50% of us". The sample size is too small to be statistically representative.

I'm all in Favor of some New Cage Clips.

I have long advocated for a much more stylish 'cage' .. which is easier to store.
I find the original narrow box to be gross.. even hideous & way out of place here.
Would much more prefer 12 holes drilled into the stage floor for 12 poles.
and If they can be made to eventually rotate, then even better.

I find the cage clips to be very useful in certain type of fullscreen scenes (and would greatly appreciate their return) but rather ugly and too obtrusive on the desktop.

As @EverthangForever has suggested a different style of cage might be more acceptable than the old style, though a lightweight cage would not provide the same opportunities for the performers as they could not hang from the bars. They would also work differently in fullscreen scenes so if they are introduced they would preferably be tagged in a way that allowed us to control which type is used in a scene as we can with Table, BehindTable and FrontTable clips.

An aspect of the cage clips that bugs me when creating scenes is their variability in height - if you put two or more in a row next to each other this really stands out though soemetimes you can disguise it behind a foreground element of the scene.

Some of these women are rather wild.

I'm undecided about the cage myself.

On one hand, anything that breaks the routine is good, but the cage as it was (and I rewatched some older shows recently) was simply too big and blocked too much of the screen.

I usually work with iStripper in the background so if it block a lot of my screen it defeats its purpose.

I disagree with guys who say cage block a lot of the screen. Models who are free, move more and go evrywhere on the screen. So my working windows are more often blocked by free girls than by those in cage.
