full screen mode is glitched

Say I specifically clicked on one of the models to make her appear in full screen but it swaps back to another model everytime I do that, does that mean the model is buggy or are there some "types" of models that aren't supported in full screen?

@pussycatburglar Hi, Have you selected all the collections in the software' settings ? Please note that it depends of the scenes. Some of them do not work with all the shows. Please try with a different scene

Cannot access fullcreen at all says update my gl drivers but when I check gl drivers in windows 10 it tells me I have the latest drivers.
