for all who are new user or one of my friend, the only prevention for not lost your show's if the connection internet have problem, is made a copy of security of your folder VGHD/DATA. then you get back all your last collection, of course not uninstall the program that give nothing.

my procedure is easy,
(1) i get a show, only one show
(2) i download it
(3) i contrôl all if is ok and i made my save of the folder DATA
(4) i get one new show and goto (2)

i made this opération for all show i get,
other think take one show by one show, i mean say download only one show and after get the suivant if you want get one more.

Today i repport that my antivirus did block a downloader ~ somebody did try to 'steal' something from my pc ~ maybe that's also happen to the members who did lose the collection.
