I know this ios probably a stupit question, but I've never been able to figure out what the two little arrows:
--> and <-- with the words in/out beside the clip discription mean.
I do know that a little bag means that the dancer will use a toy, but what is in/out?

Stupid is not asking. Not knowing something is ignorant, not stupid. We are all born ignorant and asking questions is a good way to reduced our ignorance. I ask lots of questions.

To answer yours, the arrows indicate a clip where the model walks on stage from the edge of your display. At the end of the clip she walks off stage as well. They stopped making these kinds of clips when they changed from VirtuaGirl to iStripper. The reason is that with iStripper you can have more than one card playing in small mode and they couldn't easily handle more than one in/out at a time. As a result you will only find in/out clips in cards more than about 2 years old.

That's not quite right. There are newer "inout" clips but the meaning of "inout" has changed. For older clips it as as Dorsai6 said - the performance is mid stage but the performer walks on from the side at the start or off to the side at the end. However for newer clips "inout" means that the main performance is itself at the edge of the screen. it is really annoying that these two things are share the same indicator because they need to be handled differently in fullscreen scenes and it is not possible to do so.

Also, the handbag indicates the use of "accessories" which for XXX clips means sex toys but for non-XXX clips means anything from a small teddy bear to a car but most often means a chair. There is at least card where the accessory is a handbag.

Some time ago I was thinking the same, but now I'm not sure about that.

For example: card e1482 - Sicilia - Sassy Lassy.

This is my newest from the older cards. This card have few clips labeled as "In/Out" and some of them are beginning and ending with simple "fade in/fade out" effect, while the girl is in the middle of my screen (e.g clip a1482_64102.vghd). Among those clips there is one with swing as well (a1482_1088303.vghd). I've never seen any clip where some girl is walking on the stage, jump on swing, then jump off and walk off the stage. So... what's going on here?

In/Out the Two little Arrows,
was also used a long time ago, ( Incorrectly maybe? ) for clips that the Model Rises up from Behind the task Bar.

It was at that time used for any clip where the Model started off screen, and then comes in to the view.
and Also for clips where the Models exits the view going off screen.

Most of the Newer In/Out clips Involve the Model starting Behind a Blue Screen
then as she walks out from behind the screen, the camera catches her entrances.
the start of the Clip has a Hard Edge to it.

The Clips is thus, Shifted to the Side of your Monitor, so it appears that she enters from the edge of your Screen.
the Effect Looks great in Full Size,

but In FullScreen Scene's
It can look a bit odd, as Half a model starts out in thin air.

It gets a bit technical, but clip names, ( the Number ), are the Sum of a combination of bit values.
Bit value 64 is used for the In/Out clips.
