After answering the survey I realised that a couple of my answers may have been different depending on just what was intended by "A Hentai Collection" and whether the cards in it would be additional to the current 7 per week or would replace some. Although I would like to see the occasional Hentai themed card if they were to replace regular cards then I would only want to see them very occasionaly - less than once a month - but if they were additional then I might be more happy to see them. This same observation applies to any proposed specialised niche card collections in general.

It would be interesting to see one or two cards as a test to get a better idea on how you plan to do this.... Live action with asian models, 3D models or pure animations? A good 3D model solution would be my first choice 😍

I could be wrong but I get the impression that they are considering a new and seperate product

@91hebasu - that is what I too think is the most likely interpretation, but it is by no means clear.

Seeing as how this was an original suggestion from me a few years back, I'm definitely all in for this. I hope we're looking at animations and not at 3D models, as that is not my thing.

I'm also wondering how manymanhours it would take for just 1 card and who the artists will be. Oh well, fingers crossed!

I really hope that they are thinking about a new product, rather than modifying this one. For me, it is real models, their softcore performances and their connection with the camera that forms the basis of iS' appeal.

Sex cartoons and paraphillic material can be found elsewhere easily enough and, if they appealed to me in the slightest, I'd be there not here.

I'm obviously talking about a new collection. It is out of the question that the hentai collection replaces the normal collection :)

After doing the survey, it looks as though it could be a partner or subcontractor that may be offering to do this work. The kicker for Totem can not really be expected to be a huge uptake by the old crowd here.
Possibly It may be NEW iS members they're hoping to attract here from culturally different Hentai enthusiasts and all that that entail$.

Unfortunately I ticked 'little interest' before finishing the survey...however it is something 'outside the box' & so worth thinking about. If it means an extension of iS into games/ 3D they will be relative late cummers as online animated Adult games market already seems well established & booming. They don't have to pay models either :-)

@kaiju - It was only after completing the survey that one of the phrases used in it, something like a reference to "Regular Cards" suggested that you might just possibly be refering to something integrated into the current series of cards - possibly simply as a series of Hentai themed cards rather than as actual Hentai. Unfortunately by then it was too late to go back and check what the actual wording of the questions was because the survey site won't let me in a second time. It would have helped if more information had been provided "up front".

I'd enjoy some hentai. Some make for good wallpaper for when I'm in the mood. 💗

@kaiju, i had the same Survey issues as @TheEmu. Not enough info and could not go back.
If it means say..our usual iStripper clips with viewer interactive Hentai hostesses as menus for instance

Some of these 'other hentai fetishes' themes can get quite ***** to say the least! I vote no on any themes with fantastical creatures.

As a separate Collection, Possibly using the Same iStripper GUI with a way to Select / Deselect this New Collection.

I Personally would like to only see General heterosexual, and Or Lesbian ( yuri) material.

Not interested in Tentacled, Gay, Fantasy, or Other forms.
Especially Not the Age / Fantasy forms, Lolicon, Shotacon
Not Interested in the Trans / hermaphrodite forms Futanari

But if there is a big interest in what I'm not interested in,
then I can just use my option to not purchase these forms.
So my personal preference in this art form, should not stand in the way of what
others may want.

I didn't even understand the survey let alone what hentai is supposed to be, but I googled it and now I know.

The survey asked do you know what henati is, I said no. (Maybe it shoud of said well google it).

Then it asked me what type I liked and how many shows I wanted. So if I didn't know what it is I couldn't like any types and there was no button for 0.

Anyway all good, I have been educated, still not my thing. I do like Cosplay outfits though, which I thought what this was at first. I still don't know how this works here, like girls with tentacles ?. are they are costume ? .. Just give me a wonder woman or something, that will suffice 😕

Some of the genre's aren't exactly my cup of tea so please make it clear what genre the cards belong to when they are issued.

So I just read more on Hentai and it is animated porn.

So are they talking about drawings or live girls dressed up in costume ? .. If it is dressed up, which I guess it has to be as why would they have drawings, wouldn't the outfits and makeup costs be extreme ?

I have zero interest in anime porn, so I was only able to answer the first 2 questions. The rest of the questions did not include a "none" or "0" in the multiple choice's available.

So, @kaiju, as I said, I have no interest in this kind of content. If others would like it, I would hope that there would be an option to turn it off or hide it for members not interested.

While I do know the various japanese cartoon styles, it has just never really appealled to me. I widely find it uninteresting, but others might.

I like hentai and I know some of the fetishes it has, but I don't want to see animated hentai shows here. For iStripper I expect real girls dancing and having fun on my desktop, not animated girls.

I can only echo the views of @Paintsnudes - also having only completed the first 2 questions. I skipped the rest as irrelevant.

As the questions, thereafter, seemed predicated on agreement to the proposal, they appear pointless. ANY further answers would be contradictory/mitigating to a `no' in Question 2!

Hopefully a survey response, with only two questions answered, will be considered legitimate! Otherwise, the results will be very skewed - not at all reliably representative of participant views!

I have absolutely no interest in Hentai.
As already voiced... I checked "not at all interested" for Question 2 and skipped to the end to click 'done'.

I would absolutely love a hentai section for iS, there's nothing like iS for anime characters.

I was a little unclear on what exactly the are talking about so I said slightly interested but thinking about it I don't see any scenario where I would actually buy a card and can imagine myself being put off if it mingles with IS.

I understand that Totem is looking to leverage the technology behind IS for additional revenue; might I suggest they try something non-porn under a separate company. I'm sure their is someone who would pay to have cats or dogs or even unicorns running around their screens. And the models would be cheaper - except the unicorns I guess.
