I haven't used this feature for a long time, and now I cannot find it in the GUI.
Has it been dropped?
The existing messages are still there, but the 'Filter' is permanently in the way, and I cannot see how to send a private message any longer.

(All I wanted to do was ask lucaszr about a possible bug with the otherwise excellent Showroom on his web site. I cannot see how to contact him directly, so I have added to the cob=nversation streaam in the Forum about the Showroom).

On the website there is a large icon in the upper right that, when clicked, opens a list of options. One of those is "My Profile" and that option has a Friends tab. On my Mac this icon often disappears when I'm reading messages, but I can make it appear by going to the home page of the iStripper site. This may work a bit differently on Windows and I assume the disappearing icon is a Mac-only problem.

I can see current Friend, but cannot see how to make new ones - or even send a private message to a member who isn't necessarily a friend.
(There was nothing sinister in this; I just thought it better to alert lucaszr to a possible bug in the Showroom whithout alerting the whole world!).

I've just seen that the members list is immediately below 50-Last-Posts in the Forum.
I feel like a right nana now!

I don't do this very often and I had to relearn how. In a post, click on the member's icon. This opens a small information window about that member. At the top right are 2 icons. At the far right is a go-away X. Next to it is a box with an arrow. Click on that and you can open a more detailed view of the member that includes an icon to send an email.

I find this very convoluted and consider it poor design. The first, smaller, window should also have a message icon.

On my Mac I don't see a members list below the 50-last-posts list.

I tried it on your post. When I clicked the box with the arrow a web page was opened so I could see your profile,
but no obvious way of sending a (this) message to you by e-mail.

I did see your mighty collection, though, so (off topic) ...
Just now I am madly in love with Katrina - she fits your profile's stated 'likes', but you haven't got any of her cards according to what I saw of your profile. I think Katrina is well worth more than a few credits.
