So about a year ago i got totally fed up with watching the girls dance around on full screen using the paris penthouse scene even with the extra scenes provided by the emu, which are totally excellent btw i dont think there is anything nothing wrong with the scene i just got board of it, and whilst there are loads of other scenes that have been produced by creators on this forum none of them are really what i would call a proper strip club scene. So i took it upon myself to learn how to create a full screen scene then used this knowledge to make of my own scenes based on well known strip clubs in the uk, europe, and usa, including places like FYEO, spearmint rhino, stringfellows, all the big ones in vegas like saphires etc so some big names etc.

they all turned out to be like point of view scenes where the camera tracks around to mimic what you would see from a 1st person perspective, as if you just go let into a strip club got given a cam corder and got told go film!! Personally i think they are really good and i certianly enjoy them.

so whats the problem, well in order to make the scenes i had to get some images (obviously) and where do you get images like that from, well google image search, the clubs own websites, and those 360 degree walk around things that are like an extention to google street map.

So my questions is, are these images copyrighted, bearing in mind i have not asked permission from anyone to use these image and whilst they remain for personal consumption i think i can get away with it, but I would really like to Share these scenes with the community but not if i end up getting threatening phone calls from peter stringfellow's team of kick ass lawyers , far to much hassle.

Trouble is i dont know who owns the copy right for images like this, hence i dont know who i would need to ask for permission to share them, is it the clubs themselves? , google?, the people that did the 360 view camera work which appears in the google see inside a business link that you often see agianst business listings after a google search? do these things even have a copyright.

so i thought i would ask and see if anyone knew the answer? just incase there is anyone on here that knows about copyright law etc

or alternatively if everyone says, who cares, we dont want to see your scenes of girls getting naked close up in a series of famous strip clubs anyway i will leave it at that.

Also paramount in my thinking is that, if i just realease anyway, potentially to a community of 21 million people under the banner of istripper which is of course totem entertainment, the last thing i would want to do is land them in trouble!! through my actions.
