Hi everyone I am ***** I have about 60 gals but do not know how to use them. How can I make it so only certian ones come out? I want to be able to select who to come out and when. I have not downloaded the zipfiles to the ones I have purchased and I don't know if that makes a difference. I tried customer service and they were no help. If anyone can help me I would be grateful. The community helped me on my last question and there are good people out there to find the answers. Thank you for your time !

What does your My Collection tab look like?
can you post a Screen Shot?
If your cards are GRAY ( not In Color )
that means they are NOT DOWNLOADED.
you have to Download them to be able to play them.
If your cards are Not Brightly colored, then they are not Active.
a card or Cards must be Active to play them.
Picture One shows that I have Gray cards that Need to Be Downloaded.
Picture Two shows that Al my cards are DIM colored ( Not Active )
But One Card I selected and made it Active with the Green Check mark.
