I've got about half a dozen cards out of 400 that I have disabled and will probably never watch again. I haven't deleted them because disk space is not an issue. In most cases the model just did not put on a good show. In at least one case the model was someone whose pin-ups I've enjoyed. She just looks a lot better in a photo than in a show.

I deleted 13 cards out of over 1400, mainly because they came through a booster pack and I wouldn't have bought them separately. I don't delete cards because of a bad show, but because I don't like the looks/attributes of the girl.

Yes I have -- many of them were chosen for me (as opposed to me picking them out myself) when I had a "Subscription" -- others, such as the ones where there is a girl pointing a gun right in my face I have disabled -- Overall, if I could I would love to replace them with 'Cards' that I would actually like to have in my collection but I know and understand that that is something that cannot be done

I have some deleted because I have no interest in seeing them and others disabled because I have less interest in seeing them. I wish there was a way of marking the one I have no interest in seeing so that I could effectively move them out out sight to reduce clutter but I have no regrets as I've been both disappointed with a card and very pleasantly surprised; I guess it's part of the fun.

There are a few of the first ones I purchased which are disabled, but not deleted. I have been pleasantly surprised by a few models. Others just are not my type and looked good in the demo. Then either can't dance or move in an awkward way.

Oh yeah, my favorite reason for disabling a card is the fake boobs. I watch for a while and some I just can't stand to look at anymore.

Low resolution of two classic cards got them thrown out of the deck as well.

There's one card in my collection I disabled and probably won't watch it ever again. Maybe I'll delete it someday, not sure yet. It was a quick buy, my second VG Card and well...it was kinda shock: Plastic tits! I'm a huge fan of natural breasts, so...yikes! :(

I've deleted 7 out of my 350 collection. They ranged from "just so-so and got tired of it" to "dang, why did I buy this *****?".

It's pays to do research, check out comments and such.

CalicoClyde just nailed it.

Research and read comments - and be patient.

The patience thingie is the hard part - but you have to be patient [assuming that you're like me - and waiting for what the carousel presents, day-by-day].

Oh! Watch the videos, too.

The VIDEOS! that's what I've been turning to as well. The videos have sold a few girls
I would not have otherwise purchased had I not heard their sexy voice blowing a kiss to me. "I hope you enjoy my show....mwah!" in broken English with that accent just gets me.

To kwaddd1,

That's one of the reasons I started this topic.
Me to whisches That if a card is disapointed, we had the option to give it back or what allso could be an option, swap it with another or someone else.
At the moment I do have 43 deleted or disabled whatever you wanna call it.
Research and reading comments could help, but we all do have a different taste.
Think there's the problem.
Commets could not allway's be objective.

Question for you Studer,
What Method do you use to purchase the majority your Cards?

Select them one by one from the Store for 2 credits each?
From the Demo carousel for 1 credit Each?
From a Subscription for .33 to .28 each?

Did you Watch the Cards that you decided you Don't like?
Part of a Clip?
A Full Clip?
Multiple Clips?
The Whole thing?

Now, you make a purchase knowing full well that there is no returns..
It might have cost you 2 credits tops..
You have Watched it, or part of it...
Don't you think you have already gotten measly 2 credits worth...

Do you Really think it is worth ALL THE EXPENSE to Totem, to provide a refund, or a Way to Trade, or Exchange it.

And what about if you got it through Subscription, Now we are talking about .28 for that card..

Please re-think your Idea from the View point, a Business that has to make a profit Perspective.
Is it Profitable to Pay an Employee or Multiple Employees to handle refunds for cards?
Or Invest Programming and Development Dollars into a System to Allow Exchange or Trades..

And What about this..
10 members band together, they Each buy 10 cards.
Watch them, enjoy them...
Then after a week, they all Trade their 10 cards to the Next guy in the group.
So everyone, now has 10 different Cards, but it didn't cost a dime for these new cards.

Then Again they repeat this trade..
Each one Finally has gotten to see all 100 cards and enjoy them,
but they all only paid for 10..

Totem is out 900 cards and will soon go out of business.
(10 members saw 100 cards each, but each only paid for 10, so each member got to see 90 cards for free, 90 x 10 = 900 )

Nah, while I love skinny models, I don't want my wife to get a complex about her weight.... so I buy them all, that way when she stumbles across my VG stash playing, she will see I like all kinds of naked women.

i have never deleted any of the cards. surely there are cards that i don't like so much but that's no reason for me to delete them. sometimes i play the all from VG, DB or the Classics. then i have dozens of playlist that i can use.

I don't delete any cards. But there are a few I am not keen on.

There are a few models that don't appeal to me. No names though as that is a matter of taste.

There are a few costumes I don't like. Such as the golden bikini.

The ones that frustrate me the most are cards where the model wears a skirt or dress, but no panties. Especially irritating when the model is wearing panties in the still photos.

I've got about 40 cards deleted out of about 200, but it is mostly to save computer space. I'm actually now at a point where almost every time I buy a new card, I got to delete an old one. Sometime it demands a very hard decision. Probably when I get a new computer (which I really, really need), I'll download them all again. But I'm sure there's a few I'll never watch anyway.

@Astaroth999: you should consider deleting the shorter clips of all your cards, that can save a ton of space and isn't at all hard to do.

While I haven't deleted or disabled any cards, there are 4 that i got through subscription that are and probably will forever be pending download because I didn't want them. I have all cards minus 50 from both VG and DTB no classics yet(should be a new member tier for that). I'll most likely keep them just for completion sake and would really like to acquire some or all of the discontinued cards.

Thanks for the tip, @member84392371 I never tried to do that. I do delete all my used demo regularly though and it does save me a lot of space. Anyway my demo are set not to download automatically.

Actually the guys who run VGHD are very reasonable, I am currently only collecting 1 card from each model I like as opposed to buying multiple cards for each girl. Anyway I accidently bought a card of a model I already had, I did not view the card but asked customer service if they would remove the card and refund me my one credit well to my surprise they were quite happy to do it and did it. So I was very happy indeed. Great way to keep your customers happy and coming back.
