I think I remember reading in another thread that there is a small number of cards that were retired and are no longer available.

Is there a list of these cards or even better, some images of the cards themselves?

There are no images of the cards @G0liath as they were removed at the models requests for legal reasons. Though Totem are disputing this the last time I heard.

The two models are Divine and Camilla. Divine had five cards and Camilla had six.

Now members who purchased these cards still own them unless the shows became unplayable and then were refunded costs for these cards.

Ah okay. I did not realize they were removed for legal reasons. Nevermind then. :)

Sucks that they had to remove them, but also good to know that Totem isn't removing cards just to make them ultra rare or hard for new collectors to get.

As I said though Totem was pursuing this the last I heard, so they could make a comeback hopefully.

Now there is also cards that were never released for technical reasons, or circumstances outside of Totem's control.
