I have noticed a lot of the newer cards seem to have a lot of yellow tint (photshop tanning) added to the models shows; it's really noticeable when you compare the model's photos with their appearance on the desktop. I don't personally think it's an improvement at all; and some of the models look much better when not enhanced in this manner. Is there anyone else that thinks that Totem should stop artificially tinting the model clips?

Yes. I agree. I adjusted some of the photos on a photo-editing application recently and I actally prefer the natural results. The colour tones look duller and you can see more detail (like skin faults and veins, etc) but to me they are more sexy precisely because it looks more natural.

They might be tinting it, but there are many factors that go into play here:

There is most likely different lighting used in the photo shooting area and the on stage shooting area, and I'm not sure if Stanzeflasher is using a flash on his camera. These variances in lighting could have a dramatic effect on the how "dark" the model looks.

Personally, I like the quality of the new cards. The "HD" quality was never bad, but it is noticably better, in terms of clarity with the newer cards. I'm just one of those guys that could take it or leave it if they readjusted lighting or tinting... as long as the clarity is still there. :-)

It really becomes noticable the more nude they become; didn't supply that as an example due to the nudity prohibition in user threads. Jasmine Arabia is another good example. HD quality doesn't require color altering, just an increase in DPI and maybe sharpening depending on what they have to work with. HD is GOOD!, I just think they should rethink how they're handling it.
