any way to delete cards
got 8 Cards from the subscription which i don't like anyway to remove them?
or get them removed from my account

When you delete a card with the software, then are only deleted the files from this card on this computer, not from your account.

If you dont deselected the automatic download files option, then are redownloading the software the cards.

Please deselect the download option in the "Advanced settings". Any once card can you download, when you press the download button.

When the card is delete from your account is it possibel that this card come a secound time in your collection (when you have a subscription).

NOTE: I want to delete cards that I had previous purchased from my account completely as I don't like them and don't want them to show in my collection even when they are not downloaded. In otherwords all record of them deleted. Can this be done if I request it?

As @spiderman1804 pointed out (9 years ago) if you do this then these cards will be among those that are offered for sale for you to buy and will crop up among any cards that you get via a random selection based TGIF.

You can delete the cards from your PC and you can use the relatively recently provided ability to mask them so that you never see them again (not even as part of the numeric total of cards that you own). You will still own them, but you will not see them or any sign of them ever again unless you choose to do so.

You have 2 options.........

1 Open a ticket in Customer Service - Click the i in the circle at the top right of the GUI (app) click on Customer Service, then open a new ticket.

2 You can "hide" the cards you don't want to see. Click on the card, click on the 3rd icon on the card (the one with the line through the eye) You can do this even if you have not downloaded the card yet.
