Most of us know why a trio is not possible, as it is down to safey reasons on the size of the stage. But a trio is now possible.
Any duo that can be put together and of course Fuckerbear, that is if Elisa will let him spread the love.

Three does not interest me, but my lack of imagination should not prevent the next customer from getting what he'd like to see. Just because I'm not in the market to buy trios is no reason Totem should not sell them. They would not be mandatory.

Well.......Personally, I'm not a fan of duos because the girls don't pay much attention to the viewers.....if any.
A trio of girls would pay even less attention to the viewers. Then there's the issue with making sure the three girls are into each other. That's difficult enough with duos.

Both Human Centipede films(1&2) are available instant watch on Netflix in USA...if you wanna take a ride on the darkside....(I haven't....yet....Perhaps on some dark & stormy night.....)

I agree with those who believe that the DeskBabes’ focus should be on pleasing the viewer; that’s what we’re paying for. Conversely, I also agree that it takes some of the sizzle out of the sex if the girls are not focusing intensely on each other.
1 solution would be a 3rd girl. Her job is to interact with the watcher and the 2 lovers, providing steady eye contact with the viewer, intimate physical contact with the other girls, and dialogue with all parties while getting herself off in the process. The Third Girl can give a member the personal attitude of a solo while using the trysting lovers as her toys.
Or she can join in from the beginning, and the 3 girls take turns teaming up on each other. Whoever comes first assumes the role of 3rd Girl, coaxes everybody else to climax.

I agree with you. I would rather the girls concentrate on each other, even if it means ignoring me. I'm not a fan of the look-at-the-camera-and-smile style of photography/videography. I also notice that a lot of the girls seem to spend time apparently looking at the director. You can see that they're following instructions. They get half way through doing something, look up, and suddenly decide to switch positions. Put them alone in a room with a fixed camera and let them do their thing.
I also don't like when they talk to me. I've never been to a strip-club where the performer talks to the audience (except to ask if I'd like a table dance).

I voted no. However, if they did it well I may changed my mind.
My principle reasons against trios are technical.
1) I am not convinced that a trio would work well on DB. Trios in porn depend heavily on close-ups and changing angles so you can get an overview of the scene as a whole. This is not possible in DB. I see the inability to shift angles a real problem. This means that even if you can see well what one girl is doing, you may not be able to see clearly what the other is doing. Sometimes the angles are poor with duos. So this problem will be even worse for trios.
2) I am of the view that the more people you have, the more planning and choreography you need. For a trio to work well it would have to very well choreographed and that may make it look less natural. While if it is not choreographed, it could turn into an amateurish mess.
3) Trios would cost more, but there is no guarantee that they will be more popular and generate sufficient revenue to cover the additional cost of production. There will be some who will buy eagerly. But whether that will translate into significant extra sales is another matter.
However, despite me voting no, I don't object in principle to the idea of trios. The idea of one model being worked on by two others is possible. But how I see it really working is two together while the third effectively does a solo show. So in reality, most of the time you will probably end up with one duo and one solo in the same show rather than a trio.
