hello @6ste9 a possible serveur problem, wait and made nothing, not tri uninstall or install.
have a look in help
help - customer service - 6 Models - I have lost my model collection, how do I get it back?
solution 1, i don't know if the solution 2 work when the serveur have problem. i not conseil to use the solution 2
