I know you don't think much of your customers, but I guess this post will make you very happy!
I get the hint @Richard, I send customer support an E-mail (how many months ago?)and I get a reply email saying that Richard has received the E-mail, but no reply!
I have had PM's from members suggesting what to do, BUT problem has not been fixed!
One person suggested that my computer has a Virus, I must dismiss this suggestion as I have downloaded and and used other programs with no problems what so ever!
The problem only happens when I go to install "VGHD" software, if someone can explain to me how a "virus" can only infect the one program and nothing else, by all means please explain it to me?! I have run virus scans......clean, nothing!
