I don't know if it's possible for VG to make a wish list of the girls you really want to buy but you would want to wait for the moment when they cost only one card.
I have this problem with a few VG that I really wan't to have but they cost me at the moment two cards, if you know what I mean.

There is no wish list or automated notification of when the cards go on sale.

The sales point is to drive traffic through the site whilst you check regularly.
