As the title suggests.

When i installed VirtuagirlHD i wrote down my username and password on a piece of paper but my dog has since eaten the piece of paper. "DONT ASK"

I cant seem to find where i can get a hold of my username and password so i can write it down again. Ive not signed up to Virtuagirl yet not until i no i can a hold of my username and password.

Anyway of finding out your username and password or will it be sent by e-mail when i do a subscription to virtuagirl?

Here is one way without having to wait for a reply from Support.

Go to the BUY link at the top of the page.
On that Screen click on the CHECK tab.

Wait for the New window to finish loading.

In the Address Bar you will find your username and password hidden in the Long Address.

Server error Caused a Duplicate Post, Now I can't delete it, but I can Edit it...

Iv lost my login info 3-4 times so i know what your going through and this is how i got it back.

I logged into the email i used to purchase credits, i then searched for the receipt sent by epoch, inside that email it shows you the login / password you used.

I have similar problem but with few differences.

I bought new PC so i wanted to reinstall VGHD (i have no old PC - mainboard burnt), and here comes the problem: i cannot find Old Email with my Acc ID and PW, i had like 7 full shows on it and so i am NOT going to buy them again. So i created new acc (this one) because there is NO WAY to get password back when You have no account (paradox?). I sent Password recovery like 17 hours ago and still did not get email (yeah i am sure i type valid email address and yes i checked the spambox). Is there some other way to get ID and PW back??

And what i wrote a long time ago from previous ID - let users change their PW and ID (i noticed now we can log into with Nickname not only number is that correct?) and there will be no such problems...

Edit: i was buying credits only by phone/SMS.

Ahh and here is the difference ;) for last two days "password recovery" option seems not to work correctly today i sent the request again and this time "Valid Email address" window popped up and few moments later i could log onto my old account ;)

you find here your password, before uninstall when you change of computer or System.

and of course not forget to place your e-mail in your profil.
