Hi, newb so be gentle please ;)
I paid for Jewel last night (my first buy) and she was dancing fine. Today, she only does one clip, and then dissapears. I have to click perform now to make her dance again, and then again she only does one dance.
I don't think I've changed any settings.
Any ideas?

@SpliffyUK; do a right-click on the red V in your taskbar and go to 'Options' please.
Click on 'Advanced' and look or it's good registered on your username.
Than go back and look by 'preferences' what is click on or of.
What is not marked; like 'allow full nudity shows' in this exemple; the clips do not play.

If all preferences are allowed and you still have the problem than go to the tab 'My collection'.
There you have the possibility to remove the show from your disc.
After removing the show go to 'Downloads' and click on 'Check for updates'.
After doing so the show should purchase overnew to your pc and working fine.
