Sounds just like my computer and I have no problem. No offence, but my bet is that the fault is on your side. Perhaps some other software you have installed conflicts with VGHD.

ps: i use VGHD a lot time and never problem. only sometime the serveur but we must wait then. if you trie to restore then the problem can come.

look with a anti virus. scan all your computer
remember you the last program you install and test it.

then i hope you have not uninstall the program, trie just to install again and control. after that made a copy of the data directory, where you find the list show. then never after you lost your show.

Well,we do have problems sometimes,but shurely not that problem!
So maybe you get the application from the Virtuagirl website and try again.Deinstalling that other virtuagirl first ofcourse.That means not just deleting the application.In the safe mode of your computer..
