Ditto. I also completed the survey yesterday, and I'm very curious about what the big changes for next version of the software will be. Some questions (and/or answer alternatives for some of the questions) in the survey gave some promising hints.

In my profession I get to participate in marketing survey projects and opinion polls (and related data and analyses) almost daily, so it was interesting to see how the survey was designed 😀

At the same time I am a little worried because I love the current product and I feel like I might end up with something I don't like as much.

But that is life I guess. We usually don't get what we want. We get what everyone else wants.

Je suis déjà interrogatif a la première question, pourquoi renseigner le rang? Car il est vrai que l'avis d'un triple diamand est peu utile. On sait déjà qu'il restera quoiqu'il se passe et qu'il n'est plus énormément rentable pour l'entreprise 😊

I am already interrogative in the first question, why inform the rank? Because it is true that the opinion of a triple diamand is not very useful. We already know that it will remain whatever happens and that it is no longer a lot profitable for the company 😊

Seriously though, it's a good background variable to group respondents and might be useful for data weighting (they know the proportion of each diamond etc. level, so if the proportion of respondents is really skewed from that, they can weight respondents' input accordingly).

La traduction en anglais c'est par respect pour les anglophones, et aussi parce que je sais que certains ne traduiront pas ce qui est en français.

Peut importe je dois traduire de toute façon pour comprendre l'anglais que je ne parle pas.

Je considère qu'une compagnie ayant pignon sur rue en France, devrait faire l'effort pour un sondage de cette importance de traduire leur sondages en français et à leurs différentes clientèles au niveau linguistique, et non seulement aux anglophones.

Je crois que devant toujours nous battre pour conserver notre culture et notre langue française au Québec, et étant entouré d'une mer anglophone, nous rend plus sensible à l'importance de notre langue, qu'en France.


The English translation is out of respect for English speakers, and also because I know that some people will not translate what is in French.

I have to translate anyway to understand the English I don't speak.

I consider that a company established in France, should make the effort for a survey of this importance to translate their surveys in French and to their different clienteles at the linguistic level, and not only to English speakers.

I believe that always having to fight to preserve our French culture and language in Quebec (and in the rest of Canada for Franco-Canadians), and being surrounded by an English-speaking sea, makes us more sensitive to the importance of our language, than in France.

An interesting survey... admittedly the current platform is perfectly good.

It would be better with added UI features... most notably would be the ability to choose multiple clips at one time (to enable/disable/delete)

I also havent noticed any benefit to whatever they did that caused the average show size to balloon from 1.1GB to 1.6GB (for a 3K show) and that is somwhat concerning... (this would be within the past year or 2)

The advent of the SEC was another downturn as well, but I can live without most of them anyway. I do pick up the occasional one here and there though.

Overall, this is a nice piece of software and fulfills its purpose. It has had a good run. (dont really want to think too hard on what is going to be introduced in 2.0)

The exclusive cards cards have taken a lot of the fun out of the product for me but it's still good enough. I haven't bought credit in a very long time but probably will the next time they do the 1100+220 for $99. I've decided I don't really need a wish list so I've been putting the exclusive cards in there so I'll at least remember what I can't buy.

A couple of the survey questions were concerning if that is what is being considered for the future. I have no interest in AI cartoons, machines, or most of the new ideas they mentioned. The bulk of which I I will try and ignore but if guys start showing up then I'm done and out.

I think the point of the survey was trying to figure out marketing and converting trials into members. I hope that asking how many diamonds I was an attempt to figure out how to better engage current customers; the other possibility was to assess the value of my answers if the target is only new members.

I also thought the social media was tricky for me; I said I followed IS on Twitter and Discord but I ***** my Twitter account a couple months ago and while I still have a Discord (and Facebook) account I never use them. I do use Reddit and Google but don't follow IS at least that I can remember.

I thought it was interesting there was no mention of crypto? My plan until recently was to wait until the crypto thing was happening to see how I felt about Dolz's impact on IS before buying credits but the crypto thing is taking so long and IS has added many shows I would like to own. So now I'll buy credits when I can get the best deal on credits or any deal if I decide Dolz isn't going to ruin IS once and for all.

Who know .. but for now the product is good enough and I hope to spend another few thousand $ in the coming years.

I refuse to spend any money just to get a SEC, even if it is at the end of a progress bar.

A Joker is really just a card or show unless used it's unfulfilled; it has all the same cost and compromises as the exclusive cards but has no value unless redeemed. If you never use it the it will never have value.

Personally I have no interest in a Joker beyond what it can be used for and I do have a wishlist full of shows that I would love to have. But acquiring a Joker is no different that the exclusive cards possle worse... too much of a buzz ***** for me either way.
