That's really the issue. I don't see what all the fuss is about with Discord. Why are they being so forceful? It should be an option not a requirement.

I like or love all twelve girls.
I voted for four of them, with my favorite being Little Caprice, and also Sonya Blaze who really needs more cards.
I wish all of them could win. I will be happy if either of those girls wins.

At this moment Little Caprice is ahead, with Sonya Blaze a close second. No one else is close yet.

Discord is completely apart from iStripper and has nothing to do with iStripper. You might has well say that we need a Facebook account for being able to vote for an iStripper model.

@Carbo oh yes the damn Facebook option - many times I have seen something on regular TV that I have a view on, but idiot TV people decide only those with a Facebook account can express it, or you need a Twittter account. You can't just use the TV webpage, or send an email or a text.

@Wyldanimal no that's not good enough sorry. Several on here who have been iStripper customers for years do not want to join Discord ever. One I know joined and then left. They should be allowed to vote some how.
I mean the game playing kids, many of which are probably just running the free previews will get to vote, but not some long time paying customers.

For that reason I will not be voting.

If there is only one way to vote then it should be via the forum - the only place that ALL members have access to (as long as they have a working connection to the net) - with a message such as @Wyldanimal 's posted on Discord saying go to the forum.

I hope my purchases express my voice because I don't plan on saying much if anything on Discord. I did join Discord but will not be voting on Discord; I wonder if the majority of those that do vote are actual customers or just on Discord?

That said ... I will pick a winner for the fun of it - no need to actually vote. I think all the girls are amazing and any would be worthy. I'm betting Christy White will be the winner as she was the last released in the group so freshest in the hearts and minds.

I like being a bit contrarian so I'll pick Sonya Blaze ... but really I could pick a different girl if asked tomorrow.

No, we did not, and still do not, know that the forum is dying. It is less active than it used to be, but there is still plenty of interest that can be found in the discussions there.

There are quite a few of us that for various reason are unable to join Discord and even more that simply do not want to plus several that have declared that they have tried it and have abandoned it.

What I find rather problematical is that when joined iStripper (actually VirtuaGirl) Totem stated quite clearly that they would never give third parties our details - but they now require us to do that ourselves if we want to continue to receive the full service that we originally enjoyed. They have not broken the promise, but have side-stepped it.

There is arguably a good, pragmatic, reason for suggesting Discord as an alternative place, somewhere where users can post images, but I can think of no good reason why such things as this vote, or images posted by the team themselves, are only available via Discord.

Absolutely not true.
You do not provide Discord any Personal details.
1) you need to be able to receive a one time SMS verification Code

Does not even have to be Your Phone.
The Number is NOT stored as being connected to you or your account,
The Number is Stored separately, anonymously from your account as having having been already Used.
So the Same number can not be used multiple times in a row.
Once that time period expires the number is discarded.

Discord Does not have your personal details.

There is No exchange of information between iStripper and Discord.

As understand it in order to meet MasterCard's conditions Discord must be able to connect a post to a specific person and be able to pass on that person's identity to any relevant authorities when necessary - this requires that they can connect the phone number used to verfy the account to the account. Discord may not use the information but they have it.

The MasterCard's stated reason for imposing the conditions was to be able to trace uploaded illegal content.

The Discord Terms of Service state

You represent and warrant that the information you provide to us upon registration and at all other times will be true, accurate, current, and complete.

Which would mean that if you use someone else's phone for verification then you are breaking the terms of service.

Correct. Also, while Discord says they will not send any unwanted "direct" marketing messages, there is no promise not to sell your data to others for marketing (which of course will lead to further sales for spamming) purposes.

My trust in these kind of companies are low as time and time again they have proven they will lie as long as they don't get caught. I know i can't avoid it when on the internet but i try to keep it to the minimal

It's not. Totem cant manage its own forumn when another company can make rules ***** totem to destory its own forumn. Totem is ***** there own customers off trying to ***** them to use another companies fourumn. What happens if discord bans porn or shutsdown then what? We gonna have to join a facebook group lol what a joke.
