Unless @R2D34ever2 means the last game from last month and the previous SEC? Certainly if it was last weeks wheel of bargains for this SEC then yes customer services should help fix this.

@R2D34ever2 even if it was last months game for the Veronica Leal SEC and you for some reason missed a week still worth asking customer services - you never know you might get those points back for this month?
