Je n'avais pas vu cela car il n'y a pas d'annonce pour l'arrivée d'une nouvelle SEC. Ce qui devrait être fait à mon avis.

Had a feeling this comment looked interesting (saw "boycotter" in there) and tried the online translation tool - so I hope it's accurate.

As I understand it the SECs are really used to encourage us all to play the games. You have to be selective about which games to play. This weeks does not work for me. The wins are too random. Of the 15 SECs I don't have I only really want 4 or 5. Probably 99% of the cards I could win I can buy in store for less than 15 credits. I'll just wait to win a joker in a future game - perhaps the 25 game will return and no doubt the slot machine and other promos like last week - the redraws.

Je ne peux qu'exprimer ma déception que la première carte SEC de 2021, n'a pas de chemin prédéfini afin de pouvoir l'obtenir.

C'est pourquoi j'évite de jouer à des jeux en général, et lorsque je le fait très rarement, c'est lorsque je sais qu'il y a un chemin prédéfini pour obtenir une carte SEC, sinon je ne veux rien savoir, n'étant pas un joueur dans l'âme, et n'ayant aucun plaisir à jouer.

Sans trop me faire d'illusion, j'espérais de Totem une autre façon de faire concernant les jeux et les cartes SEC. Mais les gains semblent trop important pour eux, d'après ce que je peux constater, pour voir un réel changement.

That's why I avoid playing games in general, and when I do it very rarely is when I know that there is a predefined path to get a SEC card, otherwise I don't want to know anything, not being a player at heart, and having no fun playing.

Without being under any illusions, I hoped Totem would provide me with another way of dealing with games and SEC cards. But the winnings seem too important to them, from what I can see, to see any real change.

I don't understand the point of boycotting. Asia Rae will still have 5 cards, and about 3 hours of content to enjoy. They aren't locking 5 of her cards behind a paywall, only 1. Totem is still releasing the same number of normal cards every year, so consequently they have to actually shoot at least two extra girls, and so this special event series actually costs them 4 days of work and all of the overhead involved. So, although I've also called it a scam, this would entail that totem is taking something from us, and that is just not the case. Totem is offering a way for certain customers to feel special by "earning" these special cards. The psychology of buying virtual woman in order to own them and watch them perform for you anytime is certainly inline with using this product to feel special. Let those willing to spend 200 credits for a card, spend it, and feel special that you didn't need to.

I'm against any games of chance form, so I simply don't mind about SECs.
I can only say that I hope in the future for a some alternative way to obtain them.

Only buy tickets when they are on "sale with bonus credits", buy cards with flash-sale in the preview (if you want them). But when I read this I think you are ***** to istripper. So you call it boycott I think you should get rid of your "addiction".
I bought 1320 credits in december (220 bonus), played some games, won among other things 10 special event cards (direct or with joker cards, what suited me better, there are also special event cards that I do not want). Bougt cards from my wishlist in the sale (20% on all 2020 shows). If I am out of credits I put the cards I like are on my wishlist and wait....

I have to agree wholeheartedly. This is a very healthy approach and anything more is excessive, in my opinion.

No one ***** users to have a full collection or particiapte in this kind of games. If you don't like them, don't play. Simple.

@sjaakie - exactly the approach I take - almost all my buys are in flash sales or other forms of discount. So called winning a random card in the current game having paid 15 credits is not a win for me.

Je suis partisan de Totem depuis 1998. J'ai acheté chaque produit Virtuagirl, Stripsaver, Deskbabes et iStripper au lancement parce que j'ai toujours aimé ce que l'entreprise faisait.

Malheureusement, je n'aime vraiment pas ces nouveaux jeux de hasard en ligne que Totem a introduits dans iStripper et j' ai décidé de les boycotter. Personnellement, je trouve cette pratique dégoûtante, mais l'entreprise fera ce qu'elle veut. Nous, les clients, ne pouvons voter qu'avec nos portefeuilles, donc si nous n'aimons pas quelque chose, la meilleure chose à faire est de ne pas l'acheter.

I have been a Totem supporter since 1998. I purchased every Virtuagirl, Stripsaver, Deskbabes and iStripper product at launch because I always loved what the company did.

Unfortunately, I really dislike these new online gambling games that Totem introduced in iStripper and decided to boycot them. I personally find that practice disgusting, but the company will do what it wants. We "the customers" can only vote with our wallets, so if we do not like something, the best thing to do is to not buy it.
