May I refer you to @Celine post a few minutes ago announcing the offer, this says

20% OFF ALL 2020 SHOWS!

Let's turn to 2020 again, for good reasons this time! For the whole coming week, all the shows that have been released in 2020 get discounted by 20%!
For me the only difference it makes is that I will save a few cents this week that I did not expect to,

You're telling me what they're telling us, I'm telling you how it is and how it always was the years before. Sometimes it was amended, sometimes not.

I remember one year XXX cards were not part of the sale at all, and that was later rectified.

As i write at this moment there are many 2020 shows that do not offer the 20%discount, whereas Celines post says all the 2020 shows get discounted by 20%. I also interpret that this offer of 20% discount is different from the separate flash sale offer of 30 % discount on certain cards. Admin please correct.

If this is the wrong place for this please move it to the correct forum location. There's an issue with the cards that were part of the advent calendar. They will show up in the store with the 20% discount. If you select one it will show the button to buy the card. If you click on it you will be charged again! This happen twice to me.

Actually on looking again, there are no 2020 cards offering 20% discount, only those participating in the flash 30 % sale.

All shows released in 2020 are NOT on sale see image this is just one example there are a lot more full price cards released in 2020

There are 2020 cards offering the 20% discount, but not all of them, I think about 50% out of them.

But we haven't seen a TGIF yet today,it's a day off today for most people, maybe that's the reason.

here is a screen shot with 2020 filter selected in the store you can see several cards still not discounted. @TheEmu so you are saying if I purchase one of the cards in the image not showing a discount I will in fact still get this discount and it is just an error?

I haven't the slightest idea what would happen, only what the announcement said was supposed to happen. To me it makes no difference as I have all of the 2020 cards already but it could make a difference to someone who decided that they want to significantly increase their collection.

Please disregard this post. This was covered in another thread. The two cards were mistakenly given for free but they weren't part of the advent calendar.

You have to bear it, situations like this happen all the time in normal life, when you buy something, and few day later there is discount for that product

Totem actually told us the discount was coming last week, accidently. I was planning on skipping buying cards this week but they weren't many I wanted and then I forgot and bought a card yesterday. Totem always gives these deals and you could in theory buy 300 cards today and save a lot but you would not have any new cards throughout the year...so..getting a card when you want it is its own reward.

Exactly. Nevertheless it would be nice to know why certain 2020 cards are not discounted now.
Will go through my collection and look if I can figure that out for myself.

Looked at it again. The 30% discount is part of the deal. Premium members (of which I am ) get an extra 10% discount. But its( the discount) not on all the 2020 cards. There are lots of 2020 cards with no discount at all .

@Mitchell - answering your question.....

We have to assume for the moment that the cards not showing the discount have missed being selected for the promotion. I would expect this situation to be corrected before or by Monday but - if the card is not showing the discount, if you buy it now you will NOT get the discount. You need to wait until the card actually displays the discount.

Many cards released in 2020 are not discounted. I just checked the store. Most are but a big minority are full price. Seems most of Jan 2020 and some Feb are not on discount and random cards from other months are also not on sale

Yep another bug. On my store page I scroll down and some cards are not on sale and should be.
