Brainless promotion. If there is just one card that you would not normally buy among the 7, there are basically NO savings. Gloria costs more because she is pretty and fans like pretty girls. The problem is high prices for girls who cannot compare to Gloria.

Well, so I guess the higher price for the Gloria card is just an "incentive" to take part in this promotion here, or will the prices generally go up now? Hope not...

Its clear this promotion is targetted to NEW members. I'm not upset about that. I would do the same if I were Totem. :-)
Diamond members are responding mostly here but Totem stands to make a heap more out of NEW members because of all the more potential sales. Diamonds / Triple diamonds like me infact probably get way too fussy. For example, I only buy cards that show every bit of skin the model has, which (unlike years ago) is about one in every four cards these days. Fashions change, so I've learnt to live with that and to be content with the array of older cards I already have.

The original promotion is exactly why we are diamond members...if there was even a shred of doubt we may eventually want a card we bought it, because not buying the first week meant we lost 20%, buying 5 cards, got us 1 free card basically. Not visiting the site, and waiting on cards cost us money. All of the people buying 7 cards this week, would have bought all of them anyway... and the promotion is not an incentive, just a gift to those who collect all cards. If it was pick 5 and get 1 free then it would be a promotion, the #1 rule of any motivational technique is to ALWAYS GIVE CHOICE. Let us choose and we will spend money, ***** us to cater to what totem wants, aka "buy all cards" and we ignore it.

I bought'em, got my "reward" and am happy for it.
