It's awful to see how makeup can ruin a girls facial expression. Don't get me wrong, I have nothing against makup, but as the saying is: less is more! Think about it!

Lipsticks, eyeliners, a bit makeup here and there and slightly trimmed brows ...that's OK. BUT: These ***** trend to brush the eyebrows is absolutely sickening! This looks so fake, I can't bear to look. Why in hell are girls or "makeup artists" doing this? I always thought that girls are using makup to beautify herself and not to look like a damn alien! I see beautiful girls in my clique, in town, at facebook and now here on VG, following these disgusting makeup trend.

If you intend in future to deface the beautiful girls here on VG, there will be no cards for me to purchase anymore. I guessed these ugly trend would disappear from the scene real soon but apparently it's the new ideal of beauty. It's a pity!

So that's sexy, huh? I don't think so! The M.I.B. would shoot at her with good reason (no offence!).

And NO, this is not a matter of taste. This is pure self-***** and a hard blow against natural beauty!

Melisa however doesn't look so bad in that extreme close-up. Her eyebrows are plucked and painted a little but that looks pretty normal to me for a well-groomed lady.

The eye LASHES however... ARRRRGGGHHHH!!! They look like something growing under my bed in the corner right now! Not sure if it's a spider's nest or something worse... I'll scrape some of it into a test-tube and get it tested ;)

Not to be a nag... but why don't you attach the images to the post? If it's Totem content then there won't be any problems. I for one don't like clicking on links to sites I don't know or trust...

@Jununger. This one of Melisa appears to be a Totem image. The other is most definitely NOT! Don't go there... Scary people ;)

Melisa's faked eyelashes are terrible.

It's the reason why I only bought one of her new cards and I won't buy more. Too much Makeup at all for her. I was very disappointed.

I've just been watching that card and you'd have to be looking REALLY close to notice that her eyebrows are 'enhanced', this thread is a storm in a teacup.

I agree... talking about crazy eyebrows I though of something like Shabba - Happy Ship. Now that's a makeup disaster!

Ok. Let's get this thing clear here. I understand that non-Native English people may get a few words ***** in English. I do it all the time in Spanish :(

Eye BROWS are the hairy bits ABOVE the eyes. Eye LASHES are the hairy bits growing on the very edge of the eye LIDS (top and bottom).

Melisa's eyebrows look fine to me. Her eyelashes are so heavily covered in mascara, they just don't look natural and are completely tangled together. Shabba's eyelashes or just a joke! :(

@Shodan: You're probably right of course. You only really see the details in photos :)

It's not only that, the language is not exactly ad-modicum...

I agree as well, several cards have girls with way too much and/or bad makeup (Afrodita, Boroka, Chiara (classic), Dorothy, Henessy, Mona Lee, Susana Melo, etc)..
On the other hand, some makeup can really enhance a girls face (Conny, Coxy, Eve Angel, Holly Anderson, Tracy Gold to name a few).
As for Melisa, her first batch of cards is ok, after that it just gets worse and worse.
It shouldn't be overdone, less is usually more I agree.

Agree with op. Less is more. Now and then an obviously dramatic makeup will suit the costume and theme of a card, but natural beauty is always better on a regular card. Of course girls will want to trim, shape and enhance brows, lashes, lips or pubes to look their best, and that's fine so long as the result subtley enhances and not screams "hey look, I've got makeup on!".

Btw: I tried to post pictures, but nothing worked (BB codes for IMG or URL). Don't know why.
And directupload is a well known pic host, so I don't see any problems.

Nice to see that some guys out there also appreciate a natural look of the girls. I was afraid I'm the only one. :p
Beautiful girls like Melisa don't need tons of makeup. And just like I said, painted brows are a no go!

If you think about to date a girl next time, take her to swimming first. Just to make sure.
