Re-activated subscription Automatically Cancelled?

All,

I had re-activated my subscription before the changes took place, and it seemed to work for the last couple of months (for deskbabes), but this month it will not download the new girls and I have not cancelled my subscription? Is this a mistake? Or has this option now been removed for everyone who had re-activated their subscriptions?

Please comment if you had re-activated your subscription around July and if it has also been cancelled without notice?

I have also sent a private PM about 5 days ago and no response? Seems like they are happy to take your money and provide minimum customer service???? It becoming more and more obvious the way things are going since July :(

A very disappointed and unhappy loyal customer who hopes to at least get a response from Admin soon?

Look under my account on deskbabes site. It will show whether your subscription is active. If inactive you should probably contact your biller, but looks pretty bad news for your subscription than, since Totem specifically mentioned they will not reinstate subscriptions that were ended for whatever reason.

Under my account my subscription is gone and I did not do anything to cancel it and still NO response from admin so it looks like they are not interested in resolving the problem???? It's like they don't care and really breaking their initial promise. I hope it does not happen to everyone, but it has really left a bad taste in my mouth. Well they were getting a steady income from me and after the way they are treating me, it will take a lot to win me back. VERY DISSAPOINTED!!!!!

Perhaps your credit card has a new expiration date? If so, the billing would have been refused by your card company...and nothing can be done to reinstate your sub.

I don't have access to account info. Mod's do not work for Totem..
But I do know that Totem does not handle the billing / Subscriptions.

This is all Done by the 3rd party billers.
Your Payment is Processed by the Billing Company.
The Billing company sends a digital code to the totem Server to Activate you Subscription.
If something went wrong with processing the payment.
then the biller sends a digital code to deactivate your subscription.

Notice that it is the Biller, not Totem, it's all up to the biller.

All Totem can do is Look and see,
what code they received from the biller.

Talked to the billing people yesterday and they said that the re-activation is not on their records? I did argue the points above, but just was going around in circles. And in the end was told the only way to re-activate the subscription is to apply for it from deskbabes :( Which is no longer an option.

I thought the same thing but when I checked my card it was not going to expire until 2017. Thanks anyway.

Thanks for the clarification but hoping the system are more flexible in the future as I am basically being pointed to the biller when I speak to you and the biller is basically telling me to talk to deskbabes?

I think this is it for my subscription for deskbabes :( Hopefully the rest of you don't go through what I am. Hold On to those subscription as long as possible :)

So from the billers records. They never re-billed you to re-activate it.
Have you Verified that you Didn't get billed?

Sorry for your loss of your Subscription.
But I hope you weren't charged for it.

If you Find that you Were. Then you'll have to go through Totem's Customer Service.
Mod's are just members with some Forum tools to help manage the Forums

We don't get involved or have access to uses accounts. Only Totem can do any of that.

I was wondering why I wasnt getting this weeks cards automatically. I guess they just cancelled it for me because I certainly didn't and my card expires in 2018.

I am really disappointed in this direction they decided to go. I don't plan on getting credits either. I really hope their revenue drops drastically because of this so that they reinstate subscriptions.

At least I still have the virtuagirl one.
