Once you own the card or one of the cards for that lady you can watch the interview.

So I was thinking
Most of them are pretty much the same questions as far as I can tell?

Maybe some different questions for the new ones?
Not asking for much here but perhaps drop the "what is your orientation" one (its not polite to ask really)
And add some like
"what kind of music do you like"
or "Do you have a favourite outfit "

or hey "what do you think of VGHDs latest interface"

What a shame, don't seen interview with the new VIP-girl, Emily Spenser.
Why?

They could use more open ended questions in the interviews. Most of the questions are close ended questions that only require a yes/no or single word response. VG should change the format to open ended questions that require more than a single word response to get the girls engaged in a conversation.

For example:

Now: What is your sexual orientation?
Revised: Tell us about you first sexual encounter.

Now: Where are you from?
Revised: What is your hometown like?

Now: When did you start modeling?
Revised: Tell us about your first job in the adult industry.

Now: What kind of music do you like?
Revised: What songs were you listening to when you did your cards?

Now: Did you enjoy your experience here?
Revised: Tell us about filming your favorite scene.

I also think that Totem should hire a really hot spokesmodel to do the interviews with the girls. Then two girls would be on camera. The girls would probably share more if they were not alone talking into a camera. They would be more comfortable and less nervous if a hot girl was asking them the questions in a talk show like format. It would also look much more professional and current than the same format they have used for years.
