Ah the default skin - haven't used it for so long I almost forgot about it ;-)
The girl is Morgane (aka elswhere as Lizzie Ryan). The card the image is from is a0456 "White Sun", which is Morgane's least good performance in my view. I would recommend a0566 "Sun Goddess", a0459 "Wedding Night" and a0568 "Double Agent" as her best.
