Sorry if this is posted somewhere already. I'm new to the site and just purchased a subscription several days ago, but I have yet to see any cards add to my collection. I get plenty of demos but no full shows. I checked with the biller and they said the membership was in place, however I cannot tell if I've got a membership or not...is there a specific way to tell on the site itself?

Also, does Customer Service respond to those emails...I've put in several and have yet to hear back, what is the usual time to wait on responses?

If you go to "my account" page on the right hand side it should tell you if you are subscribed. As for customer service they have never sent me an email either

Totem is in France, they close on Friday, and return on Monday. You won't get a reply during the weekends.

I looked at your Profile it shows you have 13 cards. Do you Have these in your Download list?

If you Mouse over one of your Cards it should grow in Size. Click on the PLUS sign.
The a new window opens. You have choice to Download Demos, or Full Show.

Thanks Wyldanimal for the advice, however on my cards, when you click the plus sign, you do not see the buttons that say "Download"...its just blank in those spaces. There is also a "download" button under some of the cards in the collection ( "Californian Suit" for one), but those do not appear to work when clicked. Some cards also never play even though they appear to have downloaded. I've refreshed the collection many times but these same issues occur...I'm not sure whats going on.
But I do appreciate you stepping up to help where "customer service" has failed to do so....thanks

thanks for the advice on this...I've actually tried this procedure you mentioned several times after I saw the solution posted in the forum for another user's issue, however it does not seem to help those "black and white" cards. They actually show to be downloading, but get to about 47% and than error out.

In Advanced Settings, the download list shows that the program has tried numerous times throughout the day to download these cards but keeps failing.
I also have several requests with Customer Service which I sent last week, but have yet to hear from them.

I do appreciate everyone's help in the forum as this has been my only source of speaking to anyone on these issues up to this point....thanks
