I am a new member, bought a subscription a couple days ago. For some reason the card I bought simply wont work, no matter how many times I delete it and redownload it. I put in a support message and all I get back is canned responses.

I asked for support to just delete that card from my account and give me my credits back, but instead, just more canned responses. No way im buying more credits untill the one I paid for already works.

Now, half the time I turn on my computer and the cards I do have (full cards) show as trailers, untill I restart my PC.

Does this software really work? Am I wasting my money? Im starting to get ticked off here...

Support, if your reading this, please actually answer my ticket by hand, instead of a canned response, or your gonna loose me as a customer as fast as I joined!

hello @OhioSammi you come in the new restructuration of the site and the program, Totem work for resolve several problem, now for this version ancien we must work a little, sorry.

then you must find several folder for delete several files.

quit VGHD
find the file Models.lst and delete it
find the file DLScript.cds and delete if
restart the program VGHD and wait your shows comeback and all shows are download.

when all is ok go take this script who help to save the data. and restaure when is need, sorry for the moment is the only way i find before Totem remove the problem.

the bat open a new folder of the name sauve where i place the information.
the option 1 is for save
and the option 2 is for restaure.

ps: i save my list for all show i buy.
i buy show by show i wait the show are completly download before buy a new show.

Just want to know if it's only one card that doesn't work or if it's all 8 you have now according to your profile?

StarryK, the main problem is the one card. It is Jana H - California Suit.

The other problem, with all my other cards (excepot for one) turning in to trailers seems to work if I restart my PC.

hm that sounds very strange.
as if the file that holds the information which shows are available destroys itself or the clips do really vanish from your PC.
Well you can try to go to the path CyberVixen gives above for Vista and then instead of the Data you go to the Models folder. That is where the actual clips are stored.
There you should find a subfolder named a0167 and in these folder the clips of the Jana H show are stored.
If it's empty or not there then the clips have really vanished from your computer again.
Note that the Roaming folder is hidden in Vista so you might not see it.
You have to enable 'show hidden folders' to see it. Best use Google to find an explanation how to enable this in Vista.

Thanks for all your help guys, but I think i give up. I enabled hidden files and went to c:/documents and settings/users/username/appdata/VGHD/data

But when I get to C drive there is no "documents and settings" in there. I really have no clue what im doing and to be honest, i guess im too stupid to know what all your talking about with that software above.

well now that you know how to find the VGHD folders you should have a look at the models folder and the subfolder a0167 Just tell us how many files it contains.
In my case there are 26 files but the trailers are included here. Only the show has 22 files (21 clips and one info file)

@alerte: i just redownloaded that show and i now have 3 clips more than before. 24 clips now without trailers. Unless the trailers are now counted as normal clips.

Starryk, Jana H model's page specifies Over 33 mn of show (24 clips) - Size: 363 MB. That's exactly what i have. ;)

@alerte: I will check on junungers site which clips are new. It it are only no nudity clips then they probably are the former trailers.
Otherwise i will open a thread to inform the community that there are 3 new clips in that show so a redownload might make sense.
@Oquijan: Jununger states on his site 21 clips and thats what i had and alerte still has according to his screenshot.

Weird, then, cause i never redownloaded the Jana H card.

She is playing all of her routines. lol Hope she stays that way!
