That card should act just like any other card in your collection.
There are several things you can try and since I don't know the answers to some of these questions I will just shotgun a few things to try and hopefully one will get the job done.
Is the card showing in your collection in vivid color or is it greyed out color or black/white?
If it isn't in vivid color then the app can't or won't play it, because it either hasn't been downloaded or has been dis-abled.
Dull coloring means the card is downloaded but disabled. Click the check mark in the middle of the card to see if the card comes back to vivid color. If it does then it should now play.
sharp or greyed black and white means the card hasn't been downloaded. You will have to d/l the card before it will play.
Do the other cards in your collection play properly?
If they do, then go to settings (gear icon in upper right corner), check the 'advanced settings' box and then click 'sync with servers'.
If sync with servers doesn't get it done then click 'rebuild collection' and then see if her card shows as needing an update. If it does then click the update button and see if that helps.
If the other cards in your collection play properly and this one still doesn't then you may have to delete it and download it again.
I am sure that I have forgotten something so if all of the above doesn't work then let us know and perhaps someone else can pick up where I leave off.
