well thanks anyway but i will keep the cards i have and never buy another show ! if i cant watch a preview to see if i like them why would i pay first ?

AFAIK, the only shows you can't access the previews for are the Special Event Cards (which aren't actually related to special events - they are a cynical marketing ploy), presumably because they cannot be purchased in the same way as regular cards.

Which cards are you unable to preview?

The only other reason I can think of why you might not be able to watch a preview clip is if you have blocked certain explicitness levels in the software settings, and the previews exceed them

The only other reason I can think of why you might not be able to watch a preview clip is

so please check your Settings inside the Client, also check the User Manual.
Also your current Level is also a reason why you can't see every Show, check the User Manual ;-) or read here.
