Not sure what you mean but there is a slider/switch on the upper right of the GUI. Click it
ON in RED or OFF in Gray.

WHY did you ask the same question in two different threads ?????

Or use the Enable/Disable iStripper entry in the popup menu for the iStripper systray icon, or the Quit entry if you want stop completely. You can tailor the default click action for the systray icon and I use it to toggle between enabling and disabling iStripper.
