Same boat here, just reloaded recently. But if you think of it in terms of a "sale" mentality, consider the benefits if you "reload" a lot now! (Budget allowing, naturally)

Paypal being disabled should only be a temporary issue

EPOCH requires that a certain ratio between credit card and Paypal payments be maintained
It is completely out of Totems hands and they have absolutely no control over it
