Mods. I need assistance with my install. I've reformatted my hard drive multiple times and did not uninstall the product. Can you please reset my allowance for installs.

I used the search for "too many" nothing came up. Didn't know this was a bug.....
Yes please reset all. Fighting with a hard drive and crashing windows system creates frustration enough. Sorry I was unable to find the correct area.
