I have just changed my computer and downloaded iStripper on to it. When I opened it I found that some of the cards came through without there picture card. I tried downloading the file for Priscilia Jones a1374 but it ***** the download (I know she is no longer avaliable to buy) but I have lost thie clips even though they are still on the drive. Is there any way to get them back?

do you have any drive backups? if so you may be able to extract it from those. otherwise, no probably not unfortunately, it depends if her content has been deleted from the servers yet. judging by the download aborting her cards may well have been. try the other regional server though just in case it was just connection issues.

if you cannot get the card back, you can ask Totem to refund the credits for that card. I know it doesn't help bring it back but at least you get something else to enjoy.

do not try to UPDATE any card that has been removed.

Question: can you still see all the Clip files in the Models Folder a1374??

If the Answer is Yes.
Copy from a Different card these two files and save them in a1374
axxxx.vhdtrailers
axxxx.vhdshows

then rename them to
a1374.vhdtrailers
a1374.vhdshows

after that
go to settigns and rebuild all

The CARD wil NOT have a card image, but the clips will still be there to play.

Next: If your Answer to the Question is No, the Files are not still there.
then your ownly option is to send a request to customer service for a refund.

if you own any of the cards Totem has removed from the store. Make a BACKUP copy of both the Models and Data folders for thoes cards.

I bought Two external UBS drives, and made TWO complete backups of my Entire Collections.
not saying it will happen again, but Totem does respect the Models request to have her cards removed.
the Only way to keep them, is to have a backup.

But I want a Card image.

you can make your Own card image.
Make a screen capture of her dancing.
In mspaint you can crop and resize it to
162h x 142w or 172h x 152w ( old card size )

name it a1374_custom.jpg
copy it to the Data folder a1374

That will now be the card image for that card.

you will have to quit and restart iStripper or VG to see the new image

i have a few missing cards in my collection alizee cards and pricilla jones cards? is there a reason they are not available?

Divine (Dovile), Miss Roxx, Alizee, Priscilia Jones, and Camilla have been removed from the website for varying reasons. Two of them may still allow downloads. If you are unable to play or download cards of these girls, please go to virtuagirl.com/customerService.php http://virtuagirl.com/customerService.php and request to get a refund for all lost cards.

Do your cards actually play?
Do they show up as blank (no pictures) in the my collection?
Do you have original card pics or use alternate card pics for these cards?
If yes to all three, then you can change the picture and make it visible.
Each picture will end in c.jpg. Change each picture so they all end in _custom.jpg.
For example, one picture of Priscilia Jones would be this: a1372_custom.jpg.
(if your computer does not show the jpg, do not add it, or you will have the extension twice)

If you see the extension ".jpg" then rename the card image from a1372c.jpg to a1372_custom.jpg

If you NOT see the extension ".jpg" then rename the card image from a1372c to a1372_custom

Since upgrading to a new desktop I have lost my collection of priscila jones and require a refund for these cards plus all other cards that have been removed by totem which have not already been refunded to me thanks

It is my experience that there is a difference to what has happened to the cards of Alizee and of Priscilla Jones, both of which are still recorded as in my collection physically
Although all nine of Alizzes cards are blank in my collection all the clips will play ok, however I can only access the photos or movies that I actually saved to my hard drive. IN contrast although Priscillas material is on my computer. Nothing plays at all. I must say that I enjoy Alysee's somewhat quirky cheeriness, but found Priscilla a bit too muscular and was not surprised when I read that she went over to body building full time. I also saved Alysee's photo set entitled White Planet. To me this is a reminder that if you really want to retain access to your favourtie girls down load their material to your own computer, preferably backed up
