I understand what you're feeling and felt the completely same thing when I brought additional credits.
I figured out that only English page works properly,(or works immediately) when you
ask(or do the password reset) the password reset here.(after the day after I brought additional credits, I can not log in here.)
I tried the password reset on my native language page first.(Japanese) But it did NOT work out.
I did the same thing on the English page here. it worked immediately, and I've got a password reset notice.
For those people who's NOT native English user, I would recommend you to use English page, when you do the password change.
Otherwise, you're ***** to ask the support team and have one more business day to change the password! (which I ***** to do that.)
I just do NOT need the password change task, when I buy additional credits.
